We get it, sometimes plans change and you might no longer need your storage right away.
If you need to cancel a booking, head to https://app.pocket.storage and then click on your profile. From there head to "Manage Subscriptions" and click on "Open billing profile." This will take you to Stripe where you can amend your billing information or cancel your booking.
Please note, we are happy to take cancellations up until the day of a booking. However, we don't process refunds for bookings which are cancelled on the day of a booking, or for bookings which have commenced.
You can also flexibly cancel an existing booking at any time before the next payment date.
